Jackson Creek Senior Living Partners with the Alzheimer’s Association for “Education Nights” in April

MONUMENT Jackson Creek Senior Living will host Tom Mally, Community Educator from the Alzheimer’s Association, to present a series of Education Nights on Wednesdays, April 19 and 26 from 5-6 p.m. in the Falcon’s Nest.

Members of the public are invited to visit the Jackson Creek Senior Living campus, located at 16601 Jackson Creek Parkway, for any of these informative events on the topic of memory loss.
