Jackson Creek Senior Living to Host Parkinson’s Support Group October 10

MONUMENT —  Jackson Creek Senior Living will host a Parkinson’s support group for individuals and family caregivers impacted by this disease. The in-person support group will convene on Thursday, October 10 at 3 p.m. at 16601 Jackson Creek Parkway.

A representative from Enhabit Home Health & Hospice will facilitate the support group. The support group, which meets on the second Thursday of each month, is free and open to the public but space is limited. To RSVP, call Laura Hale at 719-259-1331 or visit jacksoncreekseniorliving.com/events.

The Parkinson’s support group is part of Jackson Creek’s commitment to Partners for Parkinson’s, a collaboration of the Parkinson Association of the Rockies, Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, Bloom Healthcare, and Optimal Home Care and Hospice to share resources for individuals, families and caregivers affected by Parkinson’s disease in the Tri-Lakes region.
