Lauren Hart is the executive director at Jackson Creek, overseeing and supporting day-to-day operations within the community. With a rich background spanning various facets of senior living, Lauren began her journey as a business office manager in a memory support and assisted living community, gradually transitioning to roles such as human resources director at a skilled nursing facility. However, her passion for hands-on engagement led her to an associate executive director position at a large senior living community, where she honed her skills across multiple departments. Graduating from the University of Phoenix in 2022 with a master’s degree in business administration and an undergraduate degree in human resource management, Lauren brings a strong educational foundation to her role. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in outdoor activities and enjoys lakeside days, camping hiking, horseback riding, and cheering for her favorite hockey teams.
