Jackson Creek Senior Living Announces Dementia Support Group

MONUMENTJackson Creek Senior Living, a WellAge-managed retirement community, will host a free in-person support group for families, partners, and caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia on Tuesday, May 14 from 3-4 p.m. at 16601 Jackson Creek Parkway. 

The new dementia support group will meet on the second Tuesday of every month. Dena Mackey of Optimal Home Care, Inc. will facilitate the 60-minute sessions.
