MONUMENT – Jackson Creek Senior Living, a WellAge Senior Living-managed retirement community, has named Tammy Phillips as its new Assisted Living Director.
With a nursing background and a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Phillips brings a wealth of experience, including serving as the Assisted Living Director at The Palisades at Broadmoor Park and the Patient Care Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group. Phillips will oversee the day-to-day operations of Jackson Creek’s assisted living community, ensuring residents receive the best possible care as she considers geriatrics a calling and duty.

Phillips is passionate about ensuring top-tier care for residents, leveraging her dedication to geriatrics and a belief that quality of life is paramount. Her personal interests include outdoor activities like trail running and cross-country skiing, along with a love for literature.
