Lauren Hart is the Executive Director at Jackson Creek, overseeing and supporting day-to-day operations within the community. With a rich background spanning various facets of senior living, Lauren began her journey as a Business Office Manager in a memory care and assisted living facility, gradually transitioning to roles such as Human Resources Director at a skilled nursing facility. However, her passion for hands-on engagement led her to an Associate Executive Director position at a Brookdale Senior Living community, where she spent the last four years honing her skills across multiple departments. Graduating from the University of Phoenix in 2022 with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Lauren brings a strong educational foundation to her role. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in outdoor activities, enjoying everything from lakeside days and camping to hiking, horseback riding, and cheering for her favorite hockey teams.

Business Office and Human Resources Manager Jennifer McClanahan works every day to support all staff meet and exceed Jackson Creek’s vision of wellness-centered senior living. She helps our new employees feel welcome and works closely with residents and their families to understand all the financial aspects of senior living. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. Caregiving is rewarding for Jennifer, who especially enjoys working with seniors in Jackson Creek’s Memory Care Neighborhood. In her free time, she has her hands full raising six children with her husband in Colorado Springs. Together they enjoy all Colorado’s great outdoors – fishing, camping, and 4-wheeling.

For Laura, offering advice and support to families and their loved ones as they search for the perfect community to call home is the highlight of her day. An original member of our Jackson Creek team, Laura loves seeing residents build new friendships and receive the quality care they need, and nothing means more to her than hearing a resident say “I wish I’d made this move sooner.” Laura started her career in senior care nine years ago as a skilled nursing concierge and later becoming an interim community liaison. Here at Jackson Creek Senior Living, Laura joined the team as a move-in coordinator, transitioned into the sales associate role and now as a result of her dedication and hard work has agreed to serve as Director of Sales & Marketing. A Colorado resident since 2006, Laura loves spending time with her husband and three children, camping, hiking, shopping and traveling.

Theresa began her career as an activities assistant at a large Colorado Springs-based retirement community while also studying computer information systems. During that time, she found her true calling working with the elderly and now has more than two decades of experience in the senior living industry. In her role at Jackson Creek, Theresa plans engaging activities designed to stimulate residents’ minds, bodies, and souls. She also helps organize community events tailored to their unique interests and hobbies. Theresa’s certifications include cardiopulmonary resuscitation and crisis prevention intervention. She is also a qualified medication administrator person. In her free time, Theresa enjoys being outdoors, staying fit, and spending time with her family.

As Health and Wellness Director, Lynne is responsible for overseeing clinical care for residents in our assisted living and memory support communities, ensuring team members deliver the quality care they need to live well and age well. A registered nurse with a background in intensive care, brain injuries, and emergency medicine, she brings expertise in wound care and is certified in infection prevention. Before joining Jackson Creek, Lynne spent eight years working as an assistant director of nursing in skilled nursing facilities. Beyond her passion for nursing, Lynne cherishes family time with her husband of 38 years and two children and finds joy in reading and beach travels.
Lynne Sacatelli Health and Wellness Director
Born in Monterrey, Nuevo León México, Rocio moved to the United States at age four. A Colorado Springs resident for nearly 30 years, Rocio’s healthcare career spans more than a decade. A compassionate caregiver with a focus on senior living, she has held administrative and management roles, worked with individuals living with dementia, and supported families facing terminal illnesses. At Jackson Creek, she oversees the day-to-day operations of our memory support community, including the Creekside Day Retreat, and works closely with families to build individualized care plans. Rocio earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in healthcare administration from Ashford University and holds a minor in finance. She is a certified nurse aide and a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP). Rocio is continuing her training in project management with the goal of receiving a PMP certificate and hopes to pursue a doctoral degree in healthcare administration. She has volunteered for hospice and palliative care organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Peak Vista Community Health Centers. Away from the office, Rocio cherishes moments spent with her two children, enjoys exploring new spots in town, and has a passion for documentaries.

A dedicated professional with a background in nursing and a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Tammy considers working with geriatrics a calling and a duty. As our community’s Assisted Living Director, she strives to ensure that residents receive the best possible care so they can live well and age well. Outside her healthcare pursuits, Tammy finds immense joy in spending quality time with her husband, four adult children, and two grandchildren. Nature is her playground, and she loves trail running and cross-country skiing. Tammy’s outdoor accomplishments include completing 10, 14ers with her husband, showcasing her commitment to physical fitness and love for exploration. When it’s time to unwind, she can be found immersed in a good book.

A customer service-driven professional, Sarah is passionate about and committed to helping people. As Jackson Creek’s Move-in Coordinator, she works one-on-one with new residents to ensure a smooth transition process into our community. This includes reviewing community guidelines, connecting residents with their community ambassadors, and helping to support families as their loved ones get settled into their new homes. Originally from Estes Park, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Palmer Ridge High School in Monument. She previously worked as an IT channel support representative and in retail loyalty programming. She also held roles at a veterinary clinic, working her way from receptionist to vet assistant. Sarah loves exploring, camping, and spending time at the family cabin with her fiancé and their two dogs, Ember May and Roxy Marie. You can also find her curled up at home with a book or drawing while listening to music.

Lee began her career in senior care here at Jackson Creek through serving residents and their families as concierge at the front desk. She considers it an honor to assist seniors in the transition to the next chapter of their lives as sales associate. Lee has a rich background in nonprofit leadership, volunteer coordination, event planning, sales, marketing and customer service. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and is a lifelong learner who thrives on acquiring new skills. An actor, improv performer, avid bird watcher and naturalist, Lee thinks adventures in nature with her daughter and dogs create some of her most favorite memories! She is grateful to help Jackson Creek residents enjoy smiles and laughter too! In her new role, Lee will assist with community tours, communicating with potential residents and families, and consulting with representatives from referral agencies.

Marcus brings more than 30 years of experience in building maintenance and property management to his role at Jackson Creek, where his problem-solving skills make him an important asset to the team. He oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations and reliability of all building systems and ensures safety for residents and team members. Marcus received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Colorado State University and moved to Colorado Springs in 1991. He enjoys working on home projects and helping friends, family, and neighbors with their projects.
